The serial number appears on an adhesive sticker or plate inside the bag. Season codes are Chanel’s internal collection labels. From 2021 Chanel began replacing serial stickers with an embedded microchip, so newer pieces may carry no visible number.

It is important to use a cleaner specifically designed for leather to maintain the quality of your bag. Additionally, it is recommended to moisturize your bag with a leather conditioner twice a month. We suggest using Collonil 1909 for optimal results. Please ensure that you store your bag in a cool and shaded area, preferably inside the dustbag. Handle your leather bag with utmost care to preserve its quality for generations to come.
