Consignment Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

Thank you for choosing LUXURYWISH to represent and sell your luxury item. We understand that consigning a high-value piece requires trust. Our role is to manage the selling process on your behalf with clear communication, professional presentation, informed pricing, strict authentication standards, and access to our established client network.

These Terms & Conditions explain the responsibilities of both LUXURYWISH and the consignor from initial evaluation through sale, payout, or return of the item.

By proceeding with consignment, signing the applicable Consignment Agreement, and turning over your item to LUXURYWISH, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Ownership and Authority to Consign

By submitting an item to Luxurywish, you confirm that you are:

  • The lawful owner of the item; or
  • Fully authorized by the lawful owner to consign and sell the item.

You further confirm that the item:

  • Was lawfully acquired;
  • Is not stolen or unlawfully obtained;
  • Is not subject to an ownership dispute;
  • Is not pledged, mortgaged, encumbered, or subject to a third-party claim; and
  • May legally be offered for sale.

Luxurywish may request supporting documents, including proof of identity, proof of purchase, proof of ownership, invoices, receipts, certificates, or written authorization, where reasonably necessary.

If any ownership issue, legal claim, or third-party dispute arises, Luxurywish may immediately suspend the consignment, sale, or payout until the matter has been satisfactorily resolved.

2. Complete and Accurate Disclosure

You are responsible for providing truthful and complete information about your item. This includes, where applicable:

  • Brand and model, size, color, material, hardware
  • Approximate year of purchase
  • Condition and signs of use
  • Scratches, stains, discoloration, odor, cracking, peeling, tarnishing
  • Structural issues, missing parts, missing inclusions
  • Previous repairs, repainting, recoloring, retouching, restoration, polishing
  • Replaced hardware or components, alterations
  • Authenticity concerns and previous authentication results
  • Purchase history
  • Other information that may affect the item's authenticity, condition, value, or resale potential

If we later discover a material issue that was not disclosed, Luxurywish may:

  • Reassess the item;
  • Change the recommended selling price;
  • Request additional authentication;
  • Suspend the listing;
  • Decline the consignment;
  • Cancel a pending sale where legally permitted; or
  • Seek reimbursement for losses reasonably arising from the undisclosed issue, subject to the Consignment Agreement and applicable law.

3. Initial Online Evaluation

Any assessment made through photographs, videos, messages, or information submitted remotely is preliminary only. An online quotation, estimated selling price, or approval to send the item does not guarantee final acceptance.

Final acceptance occurs only after the item is physically received, inspected, authenticated, and approved by Luxurywish.

4. Delivery of Your Item to Luxurywish

Once we agree to proceed with physical evaluation, you may:

  • Personally deliver the item to the Luxurywish showroom by appointment; or
  • Send the item through an agreed courier or delivery service.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • You are responsible for arranging the delivery;
  • You are responsible for all inbound delivery costs;
  • You remain responsible for the item while it is in transit; and
  • Luxurywish assumes custody only once the item has been physically received and acknowledged by our team.

We strongly recommend using secure, trackable, and appropriately insured delivery services for high-value items. Luxurywish is not responsible for loss, theft, mishandling, or damage that occurs before the item has been received by us.

5. Receiving Documentation

Upon receipt, Luxurywish may document:

  • Exterior condition, interior condition
  • Hardware, corners, handles, straps, zippers, closures
  • Serial numbers and date stamps
  • Authenticity identifiers
  • Accessories, packaging, inclusions
  • Existing damage and general wear

Documentation may be made through photographs, videos, written notes, or digital records. Our receiving records will serve as an important reference for the condition and inclusions received by Luxurywish.

6. Condition Assessment

Luxurywish will conduct a physical inspection of your item before final acceptance. Our assessment may consider:

  • Overall appearance;
  • Degree of wear;
  • Structural integrity;
  • Interior and exterior condition;
  • Material condition;
  • Hardware condition;
  • Odor;
  • Evidence of repair or alteration;
  • Missing parts or accessories;
  • Resale presentation; and
  • Any issue that may affect value or marketability.

Condition assessments are professional opinions based on visible and reasonably detectable characteristics at the time of inspection. They do not constitute a guarantee that an item has no hidden, latent, or subsequently developing defect.

7. Authentication Requirements

Luxurywish maintains strict authenticity standards. Every item is subject to the authentication requirements that Luxurywish considers appropriate based on the brand, category, value, history, condition, and transaction risk.

We may use:

  • Internal authentication procedures;
  • Independent third-party authenticators; or
  • A combination of both.

Luxurywish may require additional authentication even if the item:

  • Has previously been authenticated;
  • Includes an authentication certificate;
  • Was purchased from another reseller;
  • Was purchased abroad;
  • Includes a store receipt; or
  • Was previously sold through another luxury platform.

Previous authentication does not obligate Luxurywish to accept the item.

8. Inconclusive or Failed Authentication

Luxurywish may decline an item where:

  • The item is determined to be inauthentic;
  • Authentication is inconclusive;
  • Important authenticity indicators are missing or altered;
  • Parts have been replaced in a way that prevents reliable authentication;
  • The item's provenance raises reasonable concerns; or
  • Luxurywish is otherwise unable to establish authenticity to its satisfaction.

If an item is declined, Luxurywish will coordinate its return subject to applicable laws and any agreed authentication, shipping, or handling charges. Luxurywish may refuse future consignments where there is reasonable evidence of deliberate misrepresentation.

9. Final Acceptance

An item is considered officially accepted for consignment only after:

  • Physical receipt;
  • Condition inspection;
  • Authentication approval;
  • Confirmation of item details and inclusions;
  • Agreement on pricing;
  • Agreement on commission;
  • Agreement on payout terms;
  • Agreement on the consignment period; and
  • Completion of the applicable Consignment Agreement.

Luxurywish may decline an item before final acceptance even if a preliminary valuation was previously provided.

10. Pricing Assessment

Luxurywish will recommend a selling price based on relevant market factors, which may include:

  • Brand, model, size, color, leather or material, hardware
  • Condition and year
  • Rarity and inclusions
  • Current desirability, market supply, current demand
  • Comparable listings and comparable completed sales
  • Recent transaction history
  • Seasonal demand
  • Current retail pricing

Resale values may increase or decrease over time. Original retail price, original acquisition cost, historical market pricing, or another seller's advertised price does not guarantee the price your item will achieve.

11. Listing Price and Minimum Acceptable Price

Where applicable, the following may be agreed upon:

  • Initial listing price;
  • Recommended selling price;
  • Minimum acceptable selling price; and
  • Expected net payout.

Luxurywish will not knowingly complete a sale below the agreed minimum amount without your authorization.

12. Price Adjustments

If an item does not receive sufficient buyer interest, Luxurywish may recommend revising the selling price. No material price reduction that affects your agreed minimum proceeds will be made without your approval.

You are not required to accept a recommended price reduction unless a prior agreement expressly gives Luxurywish authority to adjust pricing within a defined range.

13. Negotiation Authority

You may authorize Luxurywish to negotiate within an agreed price range. Where such authority has been granted, we may negotiate or accept an offer within that range without seeking separate approval for each offer. Any offer below the agreed minimum will be referred to you.

14. Commission

Luxurywish will receive the commission stated in your Consignment Agreement. The commission compensates Luxurywish for services that may include:

  • Evaluation and authentication coordination
  • Condition assessment and inventory processing
  • Photography, videography, and copywriting
  • Listing and marketing
  • Client sourcing and showroom presentation
  • Buyer inquiries and negotiations
  • Payment coordination
  • Order preparation, packing coordination, and fulfillment
  • After-sales administration

The applicable rate or fixed amount will be confirmed before the item is listed.

15. Net Proceeds

Your net proceeds are generally calculated as:

Completed Selling Price
less Luxurywish Commission
less any agreed and authorized charges
= Net Proceeds Payable to You

Any fee or deduction affecting your payout should be disclosed and agreed upon in advance.

16. Consignment Period

Your item will remain under consignment for the duration stated in the Consignment Agreement. The consignment period is intended to give Luxurywish sufficient time to properly prepare, market, present, and sell the item. The period may be extended by mutual agreement.

17. Exclusive Sales Authority During Consignment

While the item is actively consigned with Luxurywish, you should not independently:

  • Sell it;
  • List it with another seller;
  • Consign it elsewhere;
  • Accept payment for it;
  • Reserve it for another buyer; or
  • Transfer ownership without first coordinating with Luxurywish.

If the item is also being offered elsewhere under an arrangement expressly approved by Luxurywish, that arrangement should be confirmed in writing.

18. Professional Photography and Content Creation

Once accepted, your item may be professionally photographed or filmed. Luxurywish may create:

  • Product photos and close-up detail shots;
  • Condition photos;
  • Videos and reels;
  • Styling content;
  • When-worn content;
  • Showroom content;
  • Educational or editorial content.

The presentation style remains at Luxurywish's discretion.

19. Listing Timeline

Please allow up to seven (7) business days from final acceptance for photography, processing, and listing. Additional time may be required due to:

  • Further authentication;
  • High processing volume;
  • Missing documentation;
  • Condition concerns;
  • Photography scheduling;
  • Holiday closures;
  • Operational delays;
  • Additional research.

The listing timeline is an estimate and not a guaranteed publication deadline.

20. Marketing Authorization

You authorize Luxurywish to advertise and market the item through appropriate sales channels, which may include:

  • Luxurywish.com.ph;
  • Luxurywish social media accounts;
  • Instagram Stories, Reels, and broadcast channels;
  • Private client messages and VIP client groups;
  • Viber communities;
  • Showroom display;
  • Private viewing;
  • Direct client sourcing;
  • Live selling;
  • Promotional campaigns;
  • Other online or offline channels used by Luxurywish.

Luxurywish may determine the frequency, positioning, presentation, and timing of marketing.

21. Marketing Material Ownership

Photographs, videos, graphics, captions, written descriptions, and other content produced by Luxurywish remain the property or marketing material of Luxurywish unless otherwise agreed.

Luxurywish may retain previously published content after a sale or withdrawal for archival, portfolio, educational, or historical purposes, subject to applicable law.

22. Private Viewings and Client Handling

You authorize Luxurywish to allow reasonable inspection and handling by legitimate prospective buyers where necessary to facilitate a sale. This may include:

  • Showroom viewing;
  • Private viewing;
  • Inspection;
  • Try-on;
  • Strap adjustment;
  • Opening and closing the item;
  • Examination of inclusions;
  • Reasonable handling for authentication or presentation.

Luxurywish will exercise reasonable care in facilitating these activities.

23. Storage and Care

Luxurywish will take reasonable measures to store and handle your item professionally while it is in our custody. However, luxury materials may naturally change over time. Luxurywish is not responsible for deterioration caused solely by:

  • Pre-existing wear;
  • Age;
  • Natural leather behavior;
  • Oxidation and patina;
  • Adhesive deterioration;
  • Material sensitivity;
  • Climate sensitivity;
  • Vintage construction;
  • Previous repair or restoration;
  • Other inherent characteristics of the item.

24. Pre-Existing Damage

Luxurywish is not responsible for condition issues already present before receipt. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Scratches, scuffs, cracking, peeling;
  • Stains, odor, tarnishing, discoloration;
  • Loose stitching;
  • Structural wear and hardware wear;
  • Missing parts;
  • Previous repairs.

Our receiving documentation may be used to distinguish pre-existing condition from any issue arising during our custody.

25. Loss, Theft, or Material Damage While Under Luxurywish Custody

If an item is lost, stolen, or materially damaged while under Luxurywish's custody in circumstances for which Luxurywish is legally responsible, the matter will be reviewed based on:

  • Receiving documentation;
  • Agreed consignment value;
  • Agreed minimum proceeds;
  • Actual condition;
  • Applicable insurance;
  • Recoverable amounts;
  • The specific Consignment Agreement; and
  • Applicable law.

Any final compensation framework should be governed by the signed Consignment Agreement and applicable Philippine law.

26. Force Majeure and Events Outside Reasonable Control

Luxurywish will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused solely by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law. Examples may include:

  • Natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake;
  • Government restrictions;
  • Transport interruptions;
  • Widespread power or telecommunications outages;
  • Civil disturbance;
  • Other extraordinary events.

This does not excuse Luxurywish from exercising reasonable care while an item is in our possession.

27. Cleaning, Repair, or Restoration

Luxurywish will not authorize material restoration, repainting, recoloring, structural repair, hardware replacement, major cleaning treatment, or permanent alteration without your approval.

If we believe a repair or cleaning service could improve presentation or saleability, we may recommend it. Any third-party fee must be approved before the service is undertaken.

28. Promotions and Discounts

Luxurywish may periodically run promotional campaigns. Your item may only participate in a promotion that reduces your agreed minimum proceeds with your prior approval.

If a discount is funded entirely by Luxurywish and does not reduce your agreed net proceeds, separate approval may not be necessary unless otherwise stated in your Consignment Agreement.

29. Buyer Payment Methods

Luxurywish may accept buyer payments through its approved payment channels. The specific buyer payment method does not automatically affect your agreed payout unless otherwise provided in the Consignment Agreement.

30. Credit Card and Payment Processing Fees

Where a buyer chooses a payment method involving additional processing costs, Luxurywish will determine whether such fees are:

  • Charged to the buyer;
  • Absorbed by Luxurywish; or
  • Otherwise handled under the transaction terms.

Such fees will not be deducted from your payout unless this has been expressly agreed with you.

31. Layaway Sales

Luxurywish may allow eligible clients to purchase items through approved layaway arrangements. If your item is placed under layaway:

  • The item may be reserved for the buyer;
  • It may no longer be actively offered to other clients;
  • It may not be withdrawn while a valid buyer commitment remains in effect, subject to your Consignment Agreement; and
  • Payout timing will follow the agreed consignment terms applicable to layaway transactions.

The Consignment Agreement should clearly state whether payout occurs upon full buyer payment or under another agreed arrangement.

32. Reservations and Down Payments

A client inquiry does not automatically reserve an item. Where Luxurywish accepts a valid reservation or down payment under its sales policies, the item's status may be changed to reserved or committed. The effect of that reservation on withdrawal rights and payout will depend on the applicable transaction and Consignment Agreement.

33. When a Sale Is Considered Complete

An item is considered sold for consignor payout purposes only when the requirements stated in the Consignment Agreement and applicable Luxurywish sales policy have been met.

A message stating intent to purchase, verbal agreement, unpaid invoice, or unconfirmed reservation does not necessarily constitute a completed sale.

34. Payout Schedule

Your payout schedule will be clearly stated in your individual Consignment Agreement. Luxurywish will process payout after the applicable buyer transaction has cleared and all required transaction conditions have been satisfied.

The payout period should be calculated in accordance with the specific agreement, rather than from the date of the initial reservation.

35. Payout Method

Payout may be made through an agreed method such as bank transfer or another authorized payment method agreed with Luxurywish.

Payout will be sent only to verified payment details supplied by you. Luxurywish may request additional verification before changing payout information.

36. Banking Delays

Luxurywish is not responsible for processing delays caused solely by:

  • Your receiving bank;
  • Banking holidays;
  • Interbank processing;
  • Incorrect payout details;
  • Payment system interruptions;
  • Required compliance review;
  • Other circumstances outside Luxurywish's reasonable control.

We remain responsible for initiating payment according to the agreed payout schedule.

37. Taxes and Personal Obligations

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed, you are responsible for determining and complying with any tax, reporting, or other personal obligations arising from proceeds received through consignment. Luxurywish may withhold or report amounts where required by applicable law.

38. Cancelled Buyer Transactions

If a buyer cancels before the sale becomes final or fails to complete the transaction, the item will generally return to active consignment status. Luxurywish is not required to pay consignor proceeds for a transaction that was not successfully completed.

39. Buyer Returns

If a buyer return is accepted under Luxurywish's applicable return policy, the sale may be reversed for consignment purposes where legally and contractually appropriate.

If you have not yet been paid, the item may be returned to active inventory after inspection. If you have already been paid and the valid return arose because of a material issue attributable to the item or your undisclosed information, reimbursement obligations may apply in accordance with the Consignment Agreement and applicable law.

40. Authenticity Claims After Sale

If an authenticity concern arises after sale, Luxurywish may conduct further review and obtain additional independent authentication. You agree to reasonably cooperate with such investigation.

If it is ultimately established that an item was inauthentic or materially misrepresented, the remedies available to Luxurywish and the buyer will be governed by the Consignment Agreement and applicable law.

41. Payment Disputes or Chargebacks

If a buyer payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back after sale, Luxurywish may temporarily withhold payout where the payout has not yet been released.

If you have already received your proceeds, any obligation to reimburse Luxurywish will depend on the reason for the reversal, the Consignment Agreement, and applicable law. Luxurywish should not transfer ordinary buyer-payment fraud risk to the consignor unless the issue is attributable to the consignor, the item, or a specifically agreed contractual risk.

42. Withdrawal Before the End of the Consignment Period

If you wish to withdraw your item before the end of the agreed period, please contact Luxurywish first. A withdrawal may be subject to:

  • Minimum consignment period;
  • Advance notice requirements;
  • Authentication costs already incurred;
  • Approved third-party expenses;
  • Withdrawal fees expressly stated in the Consignment Agreement; or
  • Other agreed charges.

No withdrawal fee should apply unless it has been clearly disclosed and agreed before the consignment.

43. Items That May No Longer Be Withdrawn

You may not withdraw an item once Luxurywish has entered into a binding buyer transaction that cannot reasonably be cancelled without breaching an existing commitment. This may include, depending on the applicable sales terms:

  • A completed sale;
  • A fully paid order;
  • An active contractual layaway;
  • A valid buyer commitment supported by payment; or
  • Another binding transaction described in the Consignment Agreement.

44. Withdrawal After Photography or Marketing

If you withdraw an item after Luxurywish has already incurred agreed expenses for authentication, photography, videography, special marketing, restoration coordination, third-party services, or other specifically approved costs, you may be required to reimburse those expenses if such reimbursement was disclosed in your Consignment Agreement.

45. Unsold Items

If your item remains unsold at the end of the agreed consignment period, we will contact you regarding:

  • Extension;
  • Price adjustment;
  • Marketing refresh;
  • Temporary delisting;
  • Return to you.

No extension should be presumed unless the Consignment Agreement provides for automatic renewal or both parties otherwise agree.

46. Return of an Unsold or Withdrawn Item

Returned items may be collected from the showroom or delivered through an agreed courier. Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for return delivery costs. Risk during return courier transit should follow the agreed delivery arrangement and applicable law.

47. Inspection Upon Return

We encourage you to inspect your item promptly once it is returned. Any concern regarding the condition or inclusions should be reported to Luxurywish as soon as reasonably possible so our receiving and release documentation can be reviewed.

48. Unclaimed Items

If Luxurywish informs you that an item is ready for collection or return, you are responsible for arranging timely receipt. Luxurywish will make reasonable attempts to contact you through the information on file.

Any storage fee must be expressly disclosed in the Consignment Agreement before it can apply. No item will automatically become the property of Luxurywish solely because it has remained unclaimed unless permitted by law and supported by the applicable agreement.

49. Fraud, Misrepresentation, or Unlawful Activity

Luxurywish may immediately suspend or terminate a consignment where there are reasonable grounds to suspect:

  • Fraud;
  • Theft;
  • False ownership information;
  • Counterfeiting;
  • Deliberate concealment of material information;
  • Identity misuse;
  • Payment fraud;
  • Money laundering concerns;
  • Other unlawful activity.

Luxurywish may retain relevant transaction records and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where required.

50. Right to Decline or Terminate a Consignment

Luxurywish may decline or terminate an item where continuing the consignment would create reasonable concerns relating to:

  • Authenticity;
  • Ownership;
  • Condition;
  • Legal compliance;
  • Transaction security;
  • Reputational risk;
  • Client safety;
  • Material misrepresentation;
  • Repeated breaches of agreed terms.

Where appropriate, we will communicate the reason and next steps.

51. Identification Requirements

Luxurywish may request a valid government-issued ID before:

  • Final acceptance;
  • High-value transaction processing;
  • Payout;
  • Return of certain items;
  • Changes to payment details;
  • Other circumstances requiring identity verification.

52. Anti-Fraud and Transaction Verification

Luxurywish may perform reasonable verification procedures designed to protect clients, consignors, and the business. We may delay a transaction or payout while a legitimate fraud, ownership, payment, or identity concern is being reviewed. Any delay should be limited to the period reasonably necessary to complete the review.

53. Personal Data & Privacy

Luxurywish respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal information responsibly. When you consign with us, we may collect and process information reasonably necessary to evaluate, document, manage, sell, and complete the transaction involving your item.

This information may include:

  • Your full name;
  • Contact number;
  • Email address;
  • Residential or billing address, where necessary;
  • Government-issued identification;
  • Signature;
  • Bank account or payout information;
  • Proof of purchase or ownership;
  • Transaction and consignment records;
  • Correspondence with Luxurywish;
  • Delivery and collection information;
  • Identification or verification documents;
  • Information required for fraud prevention, transaction security, or legal compliance; and
  • Other information you voluntarily provide in connection with your consignment.

How we use your information

Luxurywish may use your personal information for legitimate business purposes relating to your consignment, including:

  • Evaluating and accepting your item;
  • Verifying your identity;
  • Confirming ownership or authority to consign;
  • Preparing and administering your Consignment Agreement;
  • Communicating with you regarding your item;
  • Managing pricing approvals and buyer offers;
  • Processing sales and payouts;
  • Coordinating collection, delivery, or return of your item;
  • Maintaining transaction and accounting records;
  • Preventing fraud, theft, misrepresentation, and unauthorized transactions;
  • Resolving disputes or post-sale concerns;
  • Responding to lawful requests from government or regulatory authorities;
  • Protecting the rights, property, and security of Luxurywish, its consignors, and its clients; and
  • Complying with applicable legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

Information sharing

Luxurywish will not sell your personal information to third parties. However, we may share information where reasonably necessary with trusted service providers involved in completing or supporting your consignment, including:

  • Banks and payment service providers;
  • Couriers and logistics providers;
  • Authentication services;
  • Professional advisers;
  • Accounting or bookkeeping providers;
  • Information technology or data-storage providers; and
  • Other service providers reasonably required to administer the transaction.

Only information reasonably necessary for the relevant service should be shared. We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, court order, government authority, or where reasonably necessary to investigate or prevent fraud, theft, or unlawful activity.

Confidentiality of consignor identity

Unless you authorize us to do so, Luxurywish will not ordinarily disclose your identity to prospective buyers solely because you are the consignor of an item. Buyer-facing listings may include relevant information about the item's provenance, condition, purchase history, or ownership history where appropriate, but we will take reasonable steps to avoid unnecessarily identifying you personally.

Photographs & item information

Photographs, videos, serial numbers, date codes, certificates, receipts, and other item-related information may be documented for authentication, inventory management, marketing, transaction security, and recordkeeping. Where a document contains personal information that does not need to be publicly displayed, Luxurywish may redact, crop, conceal, or otherwise limit the information shown in marketing materials.

Identity verification

For certain transactions, particularly higher-value consignments or payouts, Luxurywish may require additional identity or ownership verification. We may temporarily delay final acceptance, release of an item, or payout if:

  • Required information is incomplete;
  • Identity information cannot be reasonably verified;
  • Payout details do not match the verified consignor;
  • There is a reasonable concern regarding fraud or unauthorized activity; or
  • Additional verification is reasonably necessary for transaction security.

Any verification requirement should be proportionate to the nature and value of the transaction.

Payout information

Bank account and payout details will be used only for purposes reasonably connected with processing and verifying your payment. For your security, Luxurywish may require additional confirmation before accepting a request to change payout details. You should notify Luxurywish immediately if you believe your account information, identification, or communication channels have been compromised.

Data security

Luxurywish will take reasonable organizational, administrative, and technical measures to protect personal information under its control against unauthorized access, accidental loss, improper disclosure, misuse, alteration, and unauthorized destruction. However, no physical or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Record retention

Luxurywish may retain consignment, transaction, identification, communication, accounting, and payout records for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Complete and document the transaction;
  • Maintain accurate business and accounting records;
  • Handle warranties, disputes, returns, or post-sale matters;
  • Prevent fraud;
  • Protect legal rights; and
  • Comply with applicable recordkeeping or legal requirements.

Personal information that is no longer reasonably required should be securely deleted, destroyed, anonymized, or otherwise handled in accordance with Luxurywish's applicable retention practices and legal obligations.

Client communications

Luxurywish may contact you regarding matters directly related to your consignment, including evaluation results, authentication, pricing, buyer offers, sale status, payout, collection or return, account verification, and other transaction-related matters.

Where permitted, Luxurywish may also send you updates regarding services, new programs, events, or marketing communications. You may request to stop receiving non-essential promotional communications at any time. Transactional communications necessary to manage an active consignment may still be sent.

Your privacy requests

Subject to applicable law, you may contact Luxurywish regarding your personal information, including requests to:

  • Review or confirm certain personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate or outdated information;
  • Update your contact or payout information;
  • Raise a concern regarding how your information has been handled; or
  • Request deletion or restriction where legally permitted and where the information is no longer required for an active transaction, legal obligation, or legitimate business record.

Certain information may need to be retained even after a consignment has ended where retention is required for accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

Data breach or security incidents

If Luxurywish becomes aware of a personal-data security incident that requires notification under applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, contain, document, and address the incident and provide any legally required notifications.

Third-party services

Luxurywish may use third-party systems or service providers for payment processing, messaging, logistics, authentication, cloud storage, client management, or other business functions. Where personal information is processed by a third party on our behalf, Luxurywish will take reasonable steps to engage reputable providers and require appropriate handling of the information relevant to the service being provided.

Privacy questions

If you have questions regarding how your personal information is collected, used, stored, or handled in connection with your consignment, you may contact Luxurywish through our official communication channels.

By proceeding with your consignment, you acknowledge that you have been informed of how Luxurywish may collect and process information reasonably necessary to manage your consignment and related transactions, subject to applicable privacy laws and your legal rights.
