Founded in 2017 by Kathrina Soriano or “Kath” as clients call her. Ms. Kath once dreamt of having a luxury bag. Since Ms. Kath was a young teenager, she has a penchant for luxury bags with the constant pursuit of sustainability and established items with a long lifespan. The road became more obvious as she started to picture business during her time in college. Her journey began when she started selling way back 2017, at first only as a “hobby” while she was still in school.

After a year and a sizable Instagram following, it started granting lavish wishes across the nation hence coined the company name, Luxurywish. Luxurywish is the result of love and passion, a life-long obsession with handbags. Consignment Process

1. The consignor is responsible for submitting complete and detailed images of the bag, which should depict the bag's flaws, condition, contents, and history, including the store from which the bag was acquired.

2. We do not provide prices; rather, it is up to the client to determine how much they believe their item is worth, with a final evaluation and appraisal being conducted after the item has been received and thoroughly inspected.

3. All consignors must undergo entrupy authentication, regardless of whether the item has a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) from a previous seller. Except for COAs issued by our company or by well known sellers, Bababebi, and Zeko. The consignor is responsible for fees.

4. We provide a lifetime money-back guarantee; if the item is recognized as counterfeit, the amount for authentication will be billed to the consignor.

5. Consignment should only be in our care for a maximum of 6 months, after which the consignor must pullout their bags.

6. We only accept fast moving, salable, in demand bags in excellent to like new condition. We do not accept old models and vintage bags.

7. Items must remain in our care for 30 calendar days, pulling out before consignment period will incur a 1,500 per item inconvenience fee to the consignee

8. Luxurywishph reserves the right to decline any item at their discretion.

SHIPPING POLICY

Whether the bags are being sent out on consignment, for sale, or as part of a purchase order, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs. Delivery services such as lalamove, personal riders, and LBC will be used to transport goods to customers who have placed orders.

If a customer want to sell or consign their items, it is their responsibility to schedule and book a rider.

PROCESSING TIME

Most often, your order is shipped the day after payment verification or the following day.

LUXURYWISHPH is open Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. If you place an order on a Sunday, a holiday, or outside of normal business hours, the item will be prepared for shipment within the next business days. LUXURYWISHPH will attempt to accommodate special shipping requests, however it is the customer's sole responsibility to fully understand our shipping policies.

Orders placed with expedited shipping before 5:00 PM will ship the same day; orders placed after 5:00 PM will ship the following business day.

We review, verify, and approve each purchase. Inaccuracies between billing and shipment information may result in a delay. Please submit phone numbers for both billing and shipping, as we may contact you.

Please be aware that we may occasionally experience shipping delays.

COMBINING ORDERS

Upon request and approval, multiple orders may be consolidated into one shipment. If the items are located in different LUXURYWISHPH locations, they will be gathered prior to shipment, and orders may be dispatched together within 48 hours of client request.

INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Destination customs You are solely responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and any other applicable fees imposed by the destination country, as well as compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. All items exported from the Philippines will be declared at their full purchase price and labeled as "used." We cannot declare anything as a "gift." Due to courier restriction, Entrupy Authentication is required for all international shipments, serving as a requirement when sending out packages.

In addition, as the customer, you are responsible for being aware of any restrictions that may prohibit the importation of your order. Certain countries prohibit the importation of products made with exotic skins.

RETURN POLICY

Within three (3) days after receiving the package, we will accept returns on eligible items. For more information on our return policy, read further below.

Your item must be returned unused and unworn with all tags still affixed and in its original packaging. A receipt or other form of purchase verification is also required. The returned item(s) must be in the same condition, with no "extras" (dustbag, box, lock, etc.) absent; therefore, please pack and secure the item with care. Ineligible for a refund if the item is not in the same condition as when it was purchased.

After an item has been purchased, LUXURYWISHPH is not responsible for any new damage or wear that may occur to the item. At LUXURYWISHPH, all of the items are previously owned, and because we are not a part of the manufacturing process, we are unable to honor any brand-specific warranties on any of the products.Although our staff has gone through extensive training in detecting signs of wear and damage, they are unable to predict how future use may affect an item. When defects are disclosed, we cannot accept returns. Refunds are not accepted for items that have minor defects or regular wear.

Due to the fact that we sell pre-owned bags, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on any purchases made in our Physical Store. The customer must ensure that they are getting what they paid for by inspecting the product's condition for any defects or damage prior to making a purchase. Once an item has left our facility, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange; all sales are final.

NON RETURNABLE / EXCEMPTION

Pre-ordered handbags, shoes, and jewelry are not returnable. If you have any queries or problems concerning your order, please get in touch.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are typically processed by LUXURYWISHPH within two to four business days after receipt, depending on the method that you choose for your refund (the original form of payment or a LUXURYWISHPH store credit gift card). Please be aware that returns and refunds are subject to approval before being processed.

Please get in touch with our admins for further information regarding the return shipping process. When we receive the item, it will be inspected to determine whether or not it satisfies the criteria outlined in our return policy before a refund is issued.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As agreed upon when initiating a Reserve order with LUXURYWISHPH, all Reserve cancellations incur a 10% cancellation fee. It applies to both cancellations prior to shipment and returns made after purchase.

For any reservations made with a deposit, the fee is non-refundable even if the buyer decides to cancel the transaction.

LAYAWAY POLICY

Items that are kept longer than their allotted layaway time will be subject to additional fees. Any time a client's term is overdue, a 1,000 per week late fee will be charged.

Any transaction that has been pending with a client for more than two months is subject to cancellation at Luxurywish’s discretion. An 80% refund will be given to the client. The client will be charged a 20% inconvenience fee for retaining a bag that was previously for sale. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that there will be no payment delays. Customers' cancelled bags might be resold and luxurywish has the full discretion in selling the bag. The seller will use the lost revenue and earnings to offset the 20% cancellation charge.

We are no longer able to accept customers that have a history of poor payment, such as paying their dues late, paying after the agreed date, or not paying the agreed percentage of the downpayment.

Layaway privileges will not be extended to repeat customers who have a poor track record with our company; however, these customers may still make purchases, just not on layaway.

When a client and a seller come to an agreement regarding a layaway period that is longer than one month, our terms and conditions for the layaway policy will be enforced according to the succeeding agreed-upon date.

We have the right to retain ownership of any and all items placed on layaway until the customer has fulfilled the final payment obligation.

By continuing with the layaway process you affirm that you accept all of our layaway service's policies and terms. In the unlikely event that you disagree with our terms, layaway will not be approved in your favor. However you may still purchase using other payment method.
