SHIPPING POLICY
Whether the bags are being sent out on consignment, for sale, or as part of a purchase order, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs. Delivery services such as lalamove, personal riders, and LBC will be used to transport goods to customers who have placed orders.
If a customer want to sell or consign their items, it is their responsibility to schedule and book a rider.
PROCESSING TIME
Most often, your order is shipped the day after payment verification or the following day.
LUXURYWISHPH is open Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. If you place an order on a Sunday, a holiday, or outside of normal business hours, the item will be prepared for shipment within the next business days. LUXURYWISHPH will attempt to accommodate special shipping requests, however it is the customer's sole responsibility to fully understand our shipping policies.
Orders placed with expedited shipping before 5:00 PM will ship the same day; orders placed after 5:00 PM will ship the following business day.
We review, verify, and approve each purchase. Inaccuracies between billing and shipment information may result in a delay. Please submit phone numbers for both billing and shipping, as we may contact you.
Please be aware that we may occasionally experience shipping delays.
COMBINING ORDERS
Upon request and approval, multiple orders may be consolidated into one shipment. If the items are located in different LUXURYWISHPH locations, they will be gathered prior to shipment, and orders may be dispatched together within 48 hours of client request.
INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Destination customs
You are solely responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and any other applicable fees imposed by the destination country, as well as compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. All items exported from the Philippines will be declared at their full purchase price and labeled as "used." We cannot declare anything as a "gift." Due to courier restriction, Entrupy Authentication is required for all international shipments, serving as a requirement when sending out packages.
In addition, as the customer, you are responsible for being aware of any restrictions that may prohibit the importation of your order. Certain countries prohibit the importation of products made with exotic skins.
