Luxurywish Layaway Policy

At Luxurywish, we value our clients’ flexibility needs while maintaining fairness and accountability. The following terms apply to all layaway agreements to ensure a seamless experience:

Layaway Coverage:

• This service applies to all items, excluding shoes and accessories.

• A 50% downpayment is required to secure and reserve your chosen item.

• Clients are required to complete the full form to proceed with enrollment.

 

 

Layaway Duration & Late Fees:

• At the start of your layaway, we’ll agree on a specific layaway period for completing your payments.

• Make sure to complete your payments within this agreed layaway period.

• If a layaway item is retained beyond the agreed period, additional charges will apply.

• A late fee of 1,000 PHP per week will be charged for each week your layaway payment is overdue.

• This policy helps us manage inventory efficiently and ensures fair access to layaway items for all clients.

 

 

Cancellation Terms for Pending Transactions:

• If a layaway transaction remains pending for over two months, LuxuryWish reserves the right to cancel the layaway at our discretion.

• For canceled transactions, clients will receive an 50% refund of all payments made.

• A 50% inconvenience fee will be deducted. This accounts for the opportunity cost of holding the item, which could have been available for other clients.

• Upon cancellation, LuxuryWish will regain full discretion to return the item to the market for resale.

• This policy ensures fair access to our items and allows us to serve all clients efficiently.

 

 

Extended Layaway Agreements

• For layaway agreements extending beyond one month, LuxuryWish’s standard layaway policies will apply starting from the date of extension, unless a different arrangement is agreed upon.

• The item will remain the property of LuxuryWish until all payments are completed in full.

• Any extensions or changes to the layaway period require mutual consent between the client and LuxuryWish.

• This ensures clarity, fairness, and a seamless experience for all our clients.
